2. If people in the Biden Admin talk to local educational agencies it will take much less time.

These are the people on the ground who know precisely what all has been screwed up.

3. And day 1 starts soon here. I'm sure that there are very competent and capable people

waiting in the wings to jump up and serve our Country, far better than a billionaire heiress, who is still sucking on her pudding pop (sorry about the lame moniker, I couldn't come up w/ something better). If I recall, his wife (Mr. Biden, Jill I think), has some recent academic experiences, that will pay handsome dividends.
