1. I'm not a teacher, but I found that article very interesting.

Even as an outsider with several friends who are teachers I can see how much of a pain it is to teach to tests. It isn't important anymore to teach kids lessons that are not on some sort of standardized test. That needs to change.

No I've come to realize that it's a lot more important that we teach them to ask questions.

by people who know nothing about statistics. Among this latter group, include most politicians.
