A nice video for first responders on how to dismantle a Tesla solar roof with a chainsaw & pick axe.

Of course, I'm quite sure it's a little more challenging when the solar roof is experiencing extreme temperatures as in a firenado.

I'd rather not think about what volatilizes in these cases, but maybe I just know too much chemistry.

Watch a Tesla Solar Roof being dismantled in first responder training video

I'm glad people aren't defending by saying that it doesn't need to be totally safe to be viable.

How glowing in the dark is no problem. I know you support nuclear power plants and try to either minimize the benefits of renewables or in this case make them seem somehow dangerous-but in point of fact your 15 minute video (which you think no one will bother to watch) actually says the system is almost completely safe even if you slam an ax through the roof. Now tell me how well a nuclear reactor would respond to the same treatment?

anything.

The fact is, that zero human beings have "glowed in the dark," but an overly large subset of people who use hyperbolic terms to describe events that don't happen to justify their selective attention and indifference to humanity are not worth discussing any rational analysis whatsoever.

I often remark that some people are so filled with dogmatic slogans and so full of shit that no amount of information will make them into to decent human beings. This applies equally to Trumpers and anti-nukes.

The solar tiles on any burning roof are not safe because of what will vaporize when they burn. And let's be clear. Some are burning right now.

The Tesla company's marketing, while popular, is filled with Trumpian distortions.

The main reason solar cells not safe is however, when they operate they provide cover for the gas industry, the petroleum industry and the coal industry which are killing the entire planet.

In other words, the main danger is that they generate more complacency and bad thinking, than energy.

I need a bigger "ignore" list. I get too many responses from people using Trumpian distortions to excuse the inexcusable.

Have a nice work week and life.
