October CO2 @ 406.00 ppm - A Quick Observation

If you follow CO2 content in Earth's atmosphere, you'll remember that it cycles in lockstep with northern hemisphere seasonal forests. That was one of Dave Keeling's major discoveries - the other being confirmation that CO2 levels were rising.

Carbon dioxide content in the planet's atmosphere peaks in May and bottoms out in October each year. So, last month's mark of 406.00 ppm - the low point for the year - is higher than May 2015, the high point for that year at 403.96.
