... what my recent online searches indicates is that the original design was dropped. Which makes sense because it wasn't going to work per thermodynamics.

Then they changed the design to an electrical-powered condenser available at places like Wal-Mart, placing it within a 3D-printed tube for whatever reason. Then they wanted far more money than the cost of the condenser.

The debunking video that I shared earlier does a good job of explaining the problems with the original design, albeit in a smart aleck and long-winded manner. The same YouTuber later posted follow-ups of the Waterseer shenanigans which I summarized above.
