I'm sure there are a lot of Tesla owners that for one reason or another don't have the ability to install solar panels where they live.

He could offer a discount for use of his superchargers.

... it can install parking lot solar and offer free car charging as an incentive.

In an ideal world we'd be rebuilding our cities to make them places where most people don't need to own cars.

Our city has a lot of parking lot solar. It's nice on a hot sunny day to park in the shade.
