ozone cleaners?

anybody know anything about this? found a couple on ebay while looking for a steamer. smart idea or new age woo?
not too sure where the best forum for this is, but i thought regulars here might have some info.

ozone does change the air but not in a good way.

there should be a lot more information on the web.
I am not a fan of them -people use the large machines to "clean" houses, cars etc. The ozone can age things - such as rubber parts.
