Great new book The Non Dairy Formulary

This book has recipes for vegan cheeses and butters and desserts. All text and loaded with great recipes. The author is Skye Michael Conroy. This book was published in 2013. Here are some dishes he makes: chev re with rosemary balsamic swirl, bleu cheese, glouster with onions and chives brie en croute with caramelized onions mushrooms and walnuts. Really great book and I can't wait to try the recipes, maybe someone has already tried these recipes and can comment.

Just happened to find this cookbook and I used the look inside feature that Amazon has to see what recipes were in the book. The recipes looked so good that I just had to have the book. Amazon really lets you take a close look at this book before you purchase. I think this is a great vegan resource. Just published in 2013 so I had not heard of the book either until very recently.
