Please go see Speciesism: The Movie, and tell all your people to too

We went to the DC premier of it Thursday night, the theater was packed.
Mark Devries, the man who made the film was there and we had a q&a afterward, great discussions.
And there's footage in the movie of some of the animals at Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary, a farm sanctuary we visit sometimes! The woman who runs it is in the movie telling how the animals love each other, and she was in our audience too!

about racism and homophobia and misogyny, but some people really get their feathers referred if one talks about speciesism.

some people think that compassion is limited, so if one cares about the whales and dolphins, then there isn't enough compassion left over to care about oppressed people.

the opposite is true, compassion grows by being used.

(altho I have known people who care more about animals than people)
