Anthropocentrism 4 dummies.

Some time back I wrote a piece about witnessing a killing of deer. This is my follow up to that article. Now, I wouldn't deprive you of your hobby but I sure can criticize it.

Just plain old starvation due to over population are also tragic. I respect you morals, but science more.

Teaching children to kill things for sport is a horrible way of raising your offspring. I would rather teach them to read by introducing them to Bambi.

I don’t look at harvesting animals anymore a sport than farming as a sport.
But that’s just me.
When I see a deer flopping around on the ground after being hit by a car, I slit its throat to dispatch it. I don’t think of it as sport.
