against a Christmas market and that there are a lot of injured people. Likely the death toll will increase from the one fatality confirmed at this point.
Breaking stories are subject to a lot of change.

Why would you post it was a terror attack.
All live testimonies on twitter say it was. Exact same type of lorry too. Total copycat. Its also what german police says

At this point what does that mean. Horrible tragedy but there's no comment from any investigation agency attributing motive. They have the driver so we will know soon enough.
