Chad Everett of Medical Center has died...its relevance here

Some of you may be old enough to recall the show. There was one episode where Robert Reed came to the hospital to have a sex change operation. Chad's character was for the hospital allowing it...he had many who opposed it. Anyway, Robert had the sex change operation at the hospital. The show ran from 1969-1976, so something like this was groundbreaking. The show was Chad's show...he was the star...I'm sure if he didn't approve of this storyline, it would not have been done.
