Let's hope the children see it. Would be a shame if they didn't. But then again were they promised it? You never know anymore.

6. Obama has no plans

Obama has no plans to do anything else for LGBT people in his 2nd term, that's why he is delaying this as long as possible, so he can claim he did something.
