Related: About this forumWould we need to carry birth certificates to use a public restroom if Richard Floyd has his way?
Rep. Richard Floyd, R-Chattanooga has introduced legislation barring transgender persons from using public restrooms and store dressing rooms if they do not fit the gender listed on their original birth certificate.Wondering how this works? I used to have a wallet sized version of my PA birth certificate but no longer have it.

People put this crap out there, it raises controversy, and then they can quietly drop it, but the attitudes which generate these kinds of bills remain. So I think the stupidity still needs to be pointed out and discussed.

That I have come to the point I take it on a case by case basis. After all there is only 24 hours in a day.
