imo at least, human dignity and equality should be a greater concern than "is it fair because she has a penis" bullshit type of arguments.

There's going to have to be some consideration given (such as the testosterone injections allowed in a F2M, if they want to be involved in competitive sports), but generic gender concerns need to be brushed aside for this.
