Why? To end violence against women.

The Majority Of House Republicans Don’t Support The Violence Against Women Act

[div class="excerpt"Less than one day after a man shot and killed seven women in a violent rampage at three separate Asian massage parlors in Atlanta, the House of Representatives voted to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Notably, 172 Republicans opposed the legislation because it adds firearm restrictions for people convicted of domestic violence, along with protections for transgender people and same-sex couples. The bill is a response to domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking, and it previously expired in 2019.

That was when a racist, bigoted, supremacist, rapist was selected 'Resident.

Don't for get those pussy hats... WE were amazing. I was there in Boston with a huge crowd.

Washington had a larger crowd than his inauguration.

Make it 2022

At the link:

Let 2020 be the year

of the women in American politics, gaining enough support to perhaps take control of the presidency and both houses when we have a revision in 2024.

Has the movement from the recent past been abandoned?
