My Nephew is type 1 Diabetic and he took a grocery store job to support his wife and baby

The Coronavirus mortality rate type 1 Diabetics is really high. Are there any support options If his doctors tells him to self isolate?

I’m sure there are many like him that should be in isolation but don’t fell like they can.
