i offer this link which picks apart some of his claims-

this is pretty pseudoscientific and offers health information that is incomplete at best and based on shady studies at worst. it appears that he combs the studies not to get the whole picture, but to cherry pick those that agree with his bias.
this just doesnt measure up to the standards we try to uphold in this forum.
