why isnt there an advantagex for people? if it works on dogs

then why wouldnt it be widely used to stop the spread of flea, tick and mosquito borne diseases in humans?
or dont they actually work?
or they arent really safe?
or?

seems like a no brainer.

People don't have fur. You rub the stuff into the dog's fur and it's supposed to last for awhile, since dogs don't take daily showers. Also, flea treatments haven't been tested on people and could be toxic.

and yeah, i assume those things, but still, why hasnt it been a thing to test on human, and/or find a similar thing. rather than the many toxic and marginally effective things we have to protect people from so many mosquito borne diseases.
doesnt make sense to me.
