Finally, an answer to my nausea and vomiting. My blood test showed that my sodium levels were

far too low and the doc told me to quit taking the hydrochlorothiazide, prescribed for my high blood pressure. I have to thank my friend who yelled at me that this was not normal and it wasn't because Trump was elected president. Those things were just coincidental. He was like a dog with a bone with me, making me promise him I would follow through and get checked out. Boy, does he get a medal!

Thanks to all of you who have been following some of my health threads. Please get checked out if you have symptoms you can't figure out.

I'll have a follow up appt. with the doc and another blood test and we'll see in another 10 days...

A friend of mine ended up in intensive care, near death, with exactly the same problem. And the same drug. Not something a person should mess around with.

Er, though that's what I pay my GP for, to be a clearinghouse for all my prescribed drugs.

Oh well, he did catch it now and I'm happy. Thank god. no more waking up to nausea and vomiting is a wonderful thing...
