It was just slightly thinner than Purell, but that's fine. I added about 10 drops of Tea Tree Oil for extra disinfectant. It also smells fairly strong, so I remember not to touch my face.

1 16 oz bottle of 70% Isopropyl
1 8 oz tube of Aloe Vera Gel
10 drops Tea Tree Oil

My severe allergies greatly affect my eyes and before realizing it I'm unconsciously scratching them multi times a day. The smell would be a "hey, idiot, don't"!

Great recipe! 🙏

Virus has a coating of fat that soap dissolves.

But is you do not have access to hot water and soap this comes in handy (no pun intended).

Soap and water are proven to destroy the virus and send what's left down the drain.

Hand sanitizer, the way most people use it, just moves the bugs around.
