I'm watching the first episode now... So far it's pretty good Christmas horror, nice build up. I'm interested to see where it goes.

I have a lot of criticisms, especially about the creature stuff, but it's such a compelling story I had watched all but the last episode before realizing it. This is a workmanlike production, spare, full of cliches but well acted and the tension is constant. It's enjoyable, edge-of-seat stuff and not particularly gruesome though there is some gore. A nicely unassuming antidote to wildly overwrought productions like Midnight Mass. It's definitely set up for another season.
