because Netflix and the PO point their fingers at each other.
However, there have been SO many complaints about damged discs on Netflix blogs, that the advice is to report it as damaged and then do not send in the first (damaged) disc till you get a replacement. seems people were claiming they got the same damaged disc back in the mail.
Another problem I have been having..a movie which is mailed out and marked returned the same day!
I never get it. It seems to spin a circle in the warehouse and just stays there.

Plus..more and more discs will not play on my puter. Netflix help tells me it may be due to DRAM codes.
Disney discs are esp. difficult to play now.

handling them, but Netflix wants to get out of the disc business and go all streaming, so they're not replacing damaged ones.
