Great timing---Netflix down as of this post.

The Netflix site is temporarily unavailable. Our engineers are working hard to bring the site back up as quickly as possible.

Maybe all that streaming on holidays is too much for the site?

On edit...apparently same cloud problem as on Christmas Eve.

I have no idea why they joined Amazon cloud.
Seems logical to me that if you have any of your content ( like Kindle books you bought) on a cloud somewhere in internet land, you have no control over loss of access.
But maybe that is just me.

Damn, not everyone is out tonight. Some of us stay home. I want my bill prorated for the days the instant streaming was down.

she's streaming movies. I can't even access my queue, much less stream a movie. They need to get this fixed! Maybe if enough people ask for their accounts to be prorated they'll get it done.
