Here are some treats for you on Netflix:

1. The second season of the Swedish Wallender with Krister Henriksson

2. Three seasons of the French police drama Spiral

3. Annika Bengtzon, Crime Reporter, based on the novels of Swedish writer Liza Marklund

4. The Protectors, about a Danish anti-terrorism squad

5. The Eagle, about an Icelandic inspector seconded to a Danish international crime unit

And on Hulu:

1. Verdict Revised, a Swedish series about a team of attorneys who run a sort of "innocence project"

Also a bunch of dramas from Korea, Australia, and Ireland. Unfortunately, Hulu does not classify programs by nationality, so you sort of have to stumble upon them.
