so we finished Foyle's War. Now....on to Inspector Morse!

We are always looking for a good series - right now we are moving through the latest available (on Netflix DVD) Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire -

Watched the very first Inspector Morse tonight - well done...we are sufficiently hooked to make this another series we will move on through over time.

Foyle's War will be a really tough act to follow....

It was about how he came to be at Oxford CID as a young officer in the 60s. No John Thaw, but it was terrific, also. It was called "Endeavor" - and I just checked - it's been made into a series, but I think only the pilot has shown in the US thus far.
