Anyone see "Day Night Day Night"?

Wow, that was one intense movie. Here's the Netflix description:
A 19-year-old girl prepares to become a suicide bomber in Times Square. Inspired in part by a story in a Russian newspaper and playing off cinematic depictions of Joan of Arc, the film transpires on the girl's face.

I thought it was very, shall we say, "nuanced". But compelling. And you're in knots waiting for the big moment. Incredible acting job.

...the young actress did a very good job of portraying and conveying the building desperation that this young woman had to be feeling without making her a sympathetic person. Also,...SPOILER...I'm glad she didn't do it. I think that quite likely, her terrorist handlers would catch up to her evntually and kill her. What do you think?

PEACE!

But the equipment failed repeatedly. I think they were so careful to protect their identity, that they wouldn't do anything to her. I think she'd eventually move back with her parents, who she tried to contact, and figure out her life. But that's just the eternal optimist in me.

...I hope that anything she'd eventually do would not involve killing hundreds of innocent people as well as herself.

PEACE!
