4 episodes into Breaking Bad...
... and it isn't horrible but I'm not real impressed so far. Is there a point where it starts becoming that awesome show I've heard it was?

(24,721 posts)The first few episodes are providing background on the cast of family characters, as well as giving the viewer a good sense of Walt's motivation & desperation. Walt's dire predicaments grow by the episode throughout the entire series. One of the key episodes coming up for you will be during the second episode of the second season.

(16,230 posts)I watched it in real time; Sunday nights, over six years, and I was hooked from the beginning. Obviously people have different tastes, so maybe it's just not your cup of tea, but you should give it a few more episodes before you give up.
