We are nearly half way done with The Wonder Years.....

We loved it when it was on TV, watching it with our two girls.

Now my wife and I are going through the entire series - amazing how it comes back. So poignantly written. I find myself quite chocked up at the end of many of the episodes!

It is weird watching it because I don't remember some of the stuff. My hubby and I were discussing it the other day and thinking that they wouldn't make a show like this today. Imagine what it would be like!! But this show is too slow for today, I suppose... I too find myself choked up at the end of many of the episodes.

I did not get in to the show as a kid, but watching it as an adult I have a whole new understanding of the show and I absolutely love it.

we actually went back and did an Upstairs Downstairs marathon (great PBS series) when we first started Netflix.

Two most fun marathons for us, though - Sopranos, and Six Feet Under. Both will be hard to beat!
