Streaming Video and Comments Section
I used to have both DVD service and streaming, then the DVD player broke and I'm to lazy to pull it out of the armoir and take it to the repair shop. I've found enough on streaming to last me quite a while. However, I like to read the comments on movies after I watch them, it's one of my favorite parts of Netflix. Now I no longer have comments. I called Netflix and they told me the comments "were still there, just not visible" and that she would pass along my request, since I'd had them before and wanted them again.
I'm not sure what that means, but if you're a Netflix streaming only, do you see any comments? do you miss them? If so, please call and request they be "made visible" again.
Really, how will I know if I liked a movie if I can't read the comments ; )

No, it works fine with Safari, too.
I didn't know this feature existed. I found it by clicking More Info link in the after the movie's synopsis in the pop up box. Thanks, I learn something new every decade.

(9,696 posts)So you all have streaming only and can see reviews?
Ok, I'm back on the phone with Netflix. Since they haven't removed this option, it must be something on my account.

(9,696 posts)They have a test zone where for 2 -3 months they try out new features. This one that I was unlucky enough to get in is taking away comments and giving more "if you liked this movie..." options.
Apparently they test new features by seeing how many people call to complain. You'd think they would email or have a poll or some better way of quantifying how a "feature" is working.
And there is no way to take my account of out the test area, it has to time out. Sucks. First time I've ever been disapointed in Netflix.
