T minus nine days until surgery

I'm having surgery to help with shedding this full set of tires that is attached to my frame.

I was afraid, the way it was worded, that there was going to be amputation involved. I'm relieved. Still, best of luck and speedy, speedy recovery!

Unless the doctor messes up and does a vertical sleeve vasectomy. But he's been doing this long enough now that he should be able to tell the difference between the stomach and what's down there.

OH, and STAY OFF THE SCALES.

Scales are not your friend post surgery. At least not soon after surgery. You may even show a gain in the first week. NOT to worry, it's only fluids.

Yes they said that at first there might be a gain due to fluid building up.
