Did Dr. give you prescription strength potassium?

9. Had low K during covid from drinking too much water

Raised with diet, avocado, cantaloupe, potatoes, greens, and juices, tart cherry, v8 and yerba mate. Replaced coffee with the mate which has high dose of K. In process of this most of my long covid symptoms rapidly disappeared along with the low K problems as soon as I had reached higher levels. Low K is quite common.
