7 Ways to Become a Better Runner Without Running.

I know not everyone here runs but I think these suggestions could be applied for almost any workout. Stability and core exercises play a big part in my weight workout and I think it makes a big difference in how well I run and the way I use my body in general.

The best four options in alternative to running are the elliptical, cycling (indoor or outside), swimming and paddling. There are valid justifications that these activities consistently make the summary. The circular is a perfect low-impact alternative to running.
