You need to sign up for free to their weekly newsletter that shows new exercises. He is in the process of making a DVD, but so far I have found the free exercises to be more than adequate.

We do almost the same things in the 'gentle' yoga class that I go to. Geared towards older people or those with disabilities. We just did that balance beam one this morning in fact. The teacher will have us use the back of a chair to touch vs the balance beam. And we try to have out arms out/down at a 45degree angle when our balance is good enough. She's really big on us doing simple balance things on a routine basis.
