Drugs or supplement regimes to reverse slowing down with aging?

I am an ex-triathlete/mountain and xc runner who has slowed considerably; however I'm 73. I also had to get hip resurfacing
over 11 years ago and probably have moderate arthritis in the other hip (no significant symptoms yet however). Does anyone know
of drugs, supplements or any other interventions to reverse this to some degree? What, if anything, have been
your experiences with this?

I have tried serrapeptase, nattokinase, alkaline ionized water (which may have helped), arginine,
joint formulas (may help some), reduction of dietary sugar, fish oil, eating more fish, chicken and fresh vegetable and fruits
CoQ10, NAD+ and some other things with no more than potentially small beneficial effect.

"Discover the Foods Scientifically Proven to Prevent and Reverse Disease" The discussion is science based, and the proceeds of the book goes to various charities.

the whole science behind how our flora supports us has been kinda amazing to watch unfold. there are good probiotics out there that will only cost you are $1/day.
been taking them for a couple months for an intestinal issue, and feeling better in general.

I’m 70 and began running a little over a year after my doctor said I could never run again about 8 years ago. Knee seems fine hasn’t caused any problems. Do get minor ache and pains in back and neck. A couple of months on this tincture and they are gone. I’m using a 300mg THC, 300mg CBD. A couple of drops under the tongue twice a day. Must have a medical card to get it in Michigan. I also do a 8/16 fast most days. On line you can watch a PBS special Eat,Fast, live. At the beginning they talk to a100 plus year old man as he completed a marathon. I suggest it for your question.
Good luck

Be careful about NAD+. Recent studies indicate that it increases cancer in rats. I've stopped taking it.

Look into senolytics. Fisetin and turmeric are both in that category.

with 50lb dumbbells. I just went to feed my Longhorns some sweetfeed for the cold night and the 50lb bag of feed felt really, really heavy. I am just not as strong as I used to be - I never noticed it that much until I turn around 67 or so.

Life is a trip.
