When I feel depressed, going outside, listening to music, or petting my dog helps.

i started taking voice lessons a few months ago. i swear, it lifts me up.
sleep as much as you can stand to. exhaustion and depression can be hard to tell apart.

Can you download the Calm app? They talk about emotions being a bit like weather that passes. About the importance of acknowledging the feeling, giving it a label, and imagining that it passes by, as clouds do. Meditation and exercise in addition to medication are a big help.

We have good things on our horizon now. I don't know if that helps, but reaching for little glimmers of hope always helps me.
