Question: What is the official psychiatric name for the disorder that makes a person think their

husband/wife/father/mother/kids aren't their REAL relatives, but exact duplicates who have replaced the real ones? I've googled without success. Thank you in advance!

that CIA financier, and it mentioned that she thought some of her relatives were 'fake.' The article did not mention the name of this delusion, and it has been nagging at me.
