7. Happy I feel important to some people

June has been rough so far and I feel it isn't going to get any better. Plus I turn 28 in a few weeks and I feel like I haven't done anything with my life so far. I am 2 years from being 30 and no where close to living anything ideal like I wanted

14. I'm at 6

I have a digestive problem, and the doctor is making me wait almost a week for results, and that has me pretty angry. I plan to just go there on Monday and ask the medical assistant for some guidance on how to proceed.
Otherwise I'm pretty good.

... unwilling to inflict my own shit on others, while not suffering too greatly from it.

I'm having some mild sleep issues, but not the sort where I'm running down the street with no shoes and bloody feet in the early hours of the morning.

Current meds are okay and still clearly much better than the alternative of no meds.

I think I have a good grasp of my own mental state but I'm always afraid, because that's frequently the first thing that flies out the window, just before I crash and burn.

My social safety net seems sound.

This post strikes me as a bit Autistic Spectrum. Sorry.

Work. A kid who is too smart for us but doesn't seem to care about his grades. Dad's getting older and trying to make a plan for handling his eate when he's gone. I know it's small on the grand scheme of things, but wearing me down, nonetheless.

Its a beautiful day, the river is flat, and the bbq is hot and ready for the steaks.

Tomorrow I go to a job that I love with coworkers that are dear friends, and come home to a great loving family.

I simply refuse to allow the black hole of lunacy called politics drag me down and overtake the many blessings in my life.
