1. The Only Way To Deal With Fear

is to let it go. Easier to say but seemingly hard to do. Just let go.

Hoom Namah -
This mantra invokes divine grace and support. The sound Hoom is a transformative energy, like a spiritual fire, in which old patterns of belief and thought are cleared away so that positive, life-affirming patterns can take their place.

2. I've found that 90%

of the things I worry about never end up happening. Hope that helps.

3. My fear seems to be the growth product of the generalized anxiety I have.

5. It Will Make You Ill

of course, you have generalized anxiety my God look at where we are...but for your own sake...control what you can and let go of the rest.

Sorry to be redundant but it can be crippling and never goes away for it feeds and thrives on worry like a piranha and will never leave on its own.

6. You need to know that you are not alone.

Generalized anxiety is very common. I have sometimes, and it comes and goes. (sometimes it takes a seat on the bus..and stays a very long time)..
