B-12 deficiency.

Besides myself, I've heard of two other fellow bipolars with B-12 deficiency problems. What gives? Any others here?


The reason I ask is because my doctor once pointed out that 5-10% of people with B-12 deficiency gets neurological damage. Is this the kind they were talking about? Does B-12 deficiency help upstart bipolar? (Okay, you might not be able to answer that one.)

taking it, to addresss apparent problems, but mine are not bipolar, 'purely' physical.
