Pearl Harbor Day is very special to me. Today is my 23rd anniversary of quitting my 2-3 pack per

day habit! Maybe the hardest thing I ever did. Boy was I addicted to those evil sticks!

1. Congratulations. You did the right thing. I quit is September of 1988.

Besides the obvious health benefits, just imagine how much money you have saved.

$5/day x 365 days x 23 yrs = a whole lotta $$$
