4. Our Brett...the Chef..

He is now 25 years old...2 years ago, Francois took him to France, Normandy ect...with his family ...this was the final requirement for his Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts...we have been blessed with culinary adventures...They went to Paul Bocouse's restaurant too...visited ancient wineries, shopped the markets...ate real good...

Our Brett also did an Internship with Thomas Keller at Per Se in NYC for 4 months...yea...life is good.
