I have a bagel and cream cheese warming in the oven.

Then I'll have some apple and orange slices.

1. Nothing planned so far, but I just cut up two pork butts to make kielbasa

Next comes the grinding, seasoning, and stuffing into big casings.

Coffee, black and strong
Ham slice on whole wheat bread heels with spicy brown mustard.

Making a mug of Earl Gray next. Heading out soon to get vaccinated.

FLFC has been unusually energetic this morning. TJ has been doing most of the interaction with him this morning. He has been speaking to her a lot. I guess he didn't notice my ham sandwich.

Coffee and cream, then off to have new tires put on car. 😀
