Shrimp burger with creole sauce on brioche roll. Lettuce, tomato, and avocado.

Sour cream/cheddar cheese potato chips on the side.

Tossed green salad with spinach and romaine.

Ginger tea and white cake with cherry yogurt for dessert.

1. I don't know...no running water in the kitchen!!!

Maybe, tuna tartare on a bed of arugula?

4. Old faucet (15 years) started leaking under the sink..

Noticed it Saturday- ordered a new faucet- won’t be here until tomorrow. Plumber-friend? I’ll call him when it gets here. Resigning myself to Friday when I’m off from work.

Decided on the tuna tartare:

Ginger
Shallots
Garlic
Rice vinegar
Lemon juice
Untoasted sesame oil
Soy sauce (I use Bragg Liquid Aminos) less sodium
Marinate tuna for 15 minutes
Serve over a bed of greens (arugula tonight)

3. Steamer clams with chorizo.

Ciabatta bread for dipping in the clam broth and a big green salad on the side. We've been ordering clams and oysters from an outfit in WA state. They are such a treat.
