Sour cream/cheddar cheese potato chips on the side.
Tossed green salad with spinach and romaine.
Ginger tea and white cake with cherry yogurt for dessert.

(5,755 posts)Noticed it Saturday- ordered a new faucet- wont be here until tomorrow. Plumber-friend? Ill call him when it gets here. Resigning myself to Friday when Im off from work.
Decided on the tuna tartare:
Ginger
Shallots
Garlic
Rice vinegar
Lemon juice
Untoasted sesame oil
Soy sauce (I use Bragg Liquid Aminos) less sodium
Marinate tuna for 15 minutes
Serve over a bed of greens (arugula tonight)
Enjoy!
