What's for Dinner, Sat., April 17, 2021

Meatloaf sammich with chips. It's from the meatloaf I made a couple days ago. Has BBQ sauce and there are still caramelized onions to put on top. Brioche roll.

The chips are parmesan black pepper.

For dessert, milk and some chocolate biscuit cookies.

To drink, cola kombucha. It isn't really anything like a real cola, but I had to try it 'cuz it's a new kind.

Maybe proper potatoes with melted cheese cuz we’ll have the raclette thingy going and that’s what you do.

French white wine.

That’s all I know so far.

From a Cook's Country recipe. The recipe is meatless, but I'm adding some cooked shrimp.

Casado con pollo y frijoles sober el arroz.
Pequeno ensalada y plantanos fritos

Sounds good, eh?
