Cut them crosswise (not too thin) or like regular french fries. Toss with some olive oil, cinnamon, and salt. Oven fry at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or do them in the air fryer for around 6-8 minutes (maybe less, depending on how thick you cut them) and nosh away!

Cheese omelette with home fries & onions. Banana and brandy for dessert.

I’m in a rockin’ & rollin’ anchorage so dinner had to be easy.

When we were offshore in the Atlantic, Courtney threw out an old piece of chicken. I told her to toss it overboard and we’d call it “chicken of the sea.”

Simmering a pot of great northern beans at the moment. It has some of the Easter ham from the freezer as well as the usual veggies.

FLFC's nose brought him to the kitchen earlier and he had ham from the bean pot, watermelon, cat treats, and some pork rib.

and I really liked it.

Pan-cooked with lemon juice/zest, butter, capers, shallots, parsley.

One of the healthiest fish you can eat.
