I am having a decaf tea while I decide if I'm actually up. FLFC was hungry an hour ago and requested my help. He is now dozing on the couch waiting for his mama to come home from work. Perhaps I should do the same.

Bran muffin. I got it free with my rewards club at Panera.

Watermelon juice. Last night I cut up a melon and was able to get a good-sized glass of watermelon juice from it. I chilled it overnight and is it ever good!!

Vanilla yogurt with blueberries and chia seeds.
