What's for Dinner, Sat., July 17, 2021

I found some tomato sauce in the freezer and thawed it. The RG made it so it has to be good. I think I'll have spaghetti, tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves julienned over the top.

Dessert later tonight will be watermelon from the new watermelon I cut up. Also bought some more cherries and will have some of them, too.

To drink, a new kind of kombucha: ginger peach.

Boneless breast marinated in a mustard sauce. I'm going to grill them. The meat will be served on Romaine from the Landlady(!)'s garden with sliced red onion, sliced Beefsteak tomato. Served with Boston-style baked beans.

Dove bars for dessert.

in a bowl topped with hummus, lots of sautéed spinach and red bell pepper, and some diced tomato.

It’s too hot too cook and we had a couple fried chicken breasts leftover at the end of work tonight. It’s so easy to throw something together with them when I get home. Seems like all I eat is chicken these days.

For dessert: the last Gob from the batch Mom made for my birthday last week. With an ice cold glass of milk.
