Watermelon feta cheese salad.

Pork enchilada bowl. Has spicy rice and red quinoa, pulled pork, corn tortilla, tomato, cheddar cheese, black beans, and corn.

I didn't make it. It's something I got out of the freezer at the store because I was in a hurry.

1. Pork chop

Sweet potato, kale, broccoli

Apple smoothie for desert

Not a bad diet at all!

2. Chicken and andouille in a chimchurri marinade

over rice with lime and basil. White wine.

3. Seafood

The Landlady(!) went to Brighton Beach today to catch some rays and shop at the Russian supermarket in an old movie theater. It's a remarkable store with beautiful produce, (they have many varieties of tomatoes!), fantastic fish, delicious and inexpensive caviar and a wonderful butcher.

Appetizer
Three varieties of caviar: Red, gray and black. Served with toast, lemon, minced red onion, capers and minced hard-boded egg.

Salad
Red leaf lettuce with heirloom tomatoes, slices of yellow bell pepper, halves of green olives, croutons and a Balsamic dressing

Entree
Broiled swordfish with red potatoes

Dessert
Popcorn & a movie

4. Leftover stuffed shells from Sunday dinner

Shells with hubby’s homemade sauce and turkey sausage stuffing
I made some Italian wedding soup to add to the meal.
And .... first crop of home grown beans! Picked em this morning.

5. pizza

I haven't decided what I'll put on it yet. Probably onions, peppers and extra cheese. Maybe dice up some leftover meatloaf.

Garden salad with broccoli. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Watermelon after.

I had a big ham and swiss on rye late this afternoon.

FLFC had leftover steak trimmings and some meat balls. He also had treats and watermelon. I don't know why, but his chewing of the watermelon is very loud.
