3. Georgian-Style Chicken with Tomato and Herbs

https://azcookbook.com/2017/09/26/georgian-style-chicken-with-tomatoes-and-herbs-chakhokhbili/?

It was good, more subtle with the flavoring being herbs. Bone in chicken does add something to a dish that boneless, skinless doesn't.

I wish I would have had a bigger skillet with a lid (it was soupier than I think the authentic one would be) and that we'd bought some good bread when we were out shopping today, to have with it. We had a Moldavian Chardonnay with it that made up some of the deficits.

It's German week at Aldi, so dessert is Bienenstich cake (cake layers, cream filling, topped with caramelized flaked almonds).

4. More cauli -- but as a pizza crust

Even though you can now buy cauliflower pizza crust almost everywhere these days, I still make my own. Hubby's is Greek-ish, with olives, peppers, artichoke hearts, red onion, diced tomatoes, olive oil, and feta. Mine is slathered in pepperoni, red peppers, and mozzarella. later on, Rebel Triple-Chocolate ice cream.
